MLR Associates, Inc. specializes in construction loan inspection reports for single/multi family homes, subdivisions and mixed use buildings in Southern and portions of Central California. We currently serve Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Kern, Bakersfield, Imperial & San Luis Obispo counties.

About Us
Manny Rodriguez founded MLR Associates, Inc in 1997 after his previous positions as Vice President and Chief Cost Engineer at First Interstate Bank and Home Savings of America in Los Angeles. His experience includes positions as a Project Manager and Construction Manager for several lending and construction institutions including Bracton Corporation, Crocker National Bank and Perini Construction. He has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
Donald Brunelli has a Certification in Construction Management from UCLA. In 2015, he apprenticed under Manny Rodriguez in all aspects of on-site progress inspections for residential and mixed use construction throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and San Diego and Ventura counties. He has a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of California.
